Based on the authorities' first information, it “could pose a risk to the security of the Republic of Kosovo”, Koha Ditore writes today.
The decision on her appointment, Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli, took place on 15 May and has entered into force on 1 June.
But only on the day when “Koha Ditore” wrote that the appointment is illegal, Pacolli has addressed the director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI), Shpend Maximi, through which he has asked for verification of the new consulate.
The letter is dated June 24.
In view of that in the foreign service of the Republic of Kosovo, since the beginning of my work, there have been changes in diplomatic staff, I refer to you through this letter with the request that I AKI, with urgent procedure to make Mrs. Nita Himadouna, who has been appointed consular at the Kosovo Republic Consultative Mission in New York US”, says on paper.
