A person has lost his life Monday during an accident that took place in the village of Grabovc in Fushe Kosovo that took place between his vehicle, Golf and a bus.
The Foundation Court in Pristina today has assigned the detention measure for a month to the bus driver V.A under suspicion that it caused criminal work “The arrest of public traffic”.
“Exists suspicion based on the village of Grabovc of the Obilic defendant V.A. has driven the bus by failing to adjust the speed of moving to the weather, with the condition of the load and condition of the braking system, by causing a traffic accident by hitting the VW Golf 19E vehicle and causing the driver injury and passenger A.K., who after the accident has passed away at the University Clinical Centre in Pristina”, is said in the statement.
Company bus “Day & Joni Travel” has been contracted by the KEK company to transport workers, of which no one has been injured by the accident.
Two injured passengers left in the car.
