Donjeta Pajazaj's killer does not escape life imprisonment, the Court of Appeals confirms the sentence

The Court of Appeals has confirmed the sentence to life in prison to the N.P. Which was convicted months ago for criminal work “grave murder”, by Article 179, paragraph 1, point 1.4. and the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

Apeli found that the accused's complaint about the D.P.'s murder against the Act of Basic Court in Pec, dated 23.04.209, is illegal.

The professional college of this court, I assess that the first degree act, does not contain substantial violations of criminal procedure provisions, the actual situation has been proved fairly and completely and there is no violation of criminal law.

As far as the Court of Appeals ruling is concerned, the Court of Appeals finds that since in the actions of the accused there are exceptionally orderive circumstances, as the Court of the First Century estimates, the sentence of life in prison is in harmony with the social danger of this work and the degree of criminal responsibility of the accused, and with that punishment the intent of punishment will be achieved, as if representing KPRK's Article 44.
