The ARKEP's reaction comes after breaking off Telekom's Z-Mobile contract.

Through a media statement, it says that relations between network operators and virtual operators are currently allowed in Kosovo with commercial agreements.

“In its announcement, Kosovo Telecom has pledged that, in accordance with contractual commercial conditions, it will apply a transitional period in the function of protecting consumers for not interrupting service.
