Albanian Theatre With The Hague Tribunal

From Merro Base Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has resigned and called for new elections, as a call from The Hague International war crimes tribunal reached his office this morning. No one can prejudge an International Court for War Crimes, just as no one [...] can.
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has resigned and called for new elections, as a call by The Hague war crimes tribunal reached his office this morning. No one can prejudge the page of an International War Crimes Court, as no one can consider guilty Ramush Haradinaj without being tried. And that's very clear.
All else are political marketing, an attempt at political victimisation.
First, this haste to call the manly gesture fleeing to The Hague after the call comes, is ridiculous and should not treat Albanians as idiots.
Man in the Albanian sense, it would be not to go to The Hague when the call, but some kind of foolish manhood comes.
But going is normal, which has made every superior of The KLA that has received this call card until today.
Second, prejudice that the Special Court is making policy with the summons is an Albanian paranoid, strengthening the tradition of distrust in justice.
If we prejudge him as such, then it means we expect Haradinaj to be punished, while on the other hand, we are saying that the KLA war has been clean and Haradinaj is innocent.
Now one or the other.
If we believe in the purity of the KLA and Haradinaj's innocence, we believe that this court, and before, has acquitted him twice. If it were as you're prejudiced today, then we wouldn't know why it was a clean KLA, or Haradinaj innocent.
Thirdly, Haradinaj's resignation before his departure to The Hague and the request for early elections is a political tactic of Hardinaj to gain electorates through victimisation, but has nothing to do with his status as called to The Hague for war crimes.
He is trying to be victimised by the call and hope it strengthens him in the elections in Kosovo.
But this has nothing to do with the fact that Kosovo is ashamed or honored, judging Ramush as an individual, or on prime ministerial duty.
Ramush as prime minister, it is not yet his time to be tried. If it is to be tried for corruption or violation of law, Kosovo courts will. I hope that doesn't happen.
But in The Hague, Ramush Hardinaj is investigated and tried as former commander and has nothing to do with the fact that today he is prime minister. If he is sentenced as a war hero in Kosovo, he will remain in history. If the investigation reveals unpleasant things about brother murder, he also receives that tax personally. <
Attempting to call Kosovo honour, the fact that Ramush is fleeing as a retired prime minister, is a serious prejudgment for justice and Ramush, as he seems to be the guilty ruler.
All that has happened today is a process for which Haradinaj has been prepared, just as Thaci, Wessel and anyone else who have voted the Special Court themselves.
Now this process of advance decorations for those heading towards The Hague is an Albanian folklore. And it's even worse when you look at this from Albania, where Lulzim Basha tears about Ramush, is the first to fill his file, and the last politician who never went to justice in Albania, not when he stole, not when he killed, not when he was caught cleaning money.
The same as the others, that dealing with justice seems to be manhood. It's not manhood. It's an obligation.
