Vucinciqi knew of the secret meeting in Berlin, says Djuric himself took him to the table with Haradinaj's men.

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, said today that the meeting of representatives of Belgrade and Pristina in Berlin, on Thursday, mediated by Germany, was not a secret but a prepared meeting for the Paris summit, while adding that Germany and France have well understood who does not want dialogue, FoNet reports. [...]
Marko Djuriqi has been sent to Berlin to attend the preparation meeting for the Paris summit. I have ordered Serbia to be constructive, that importantly it is the removal of an anticivilisation tax, but Albanians have not been persuaded to remove the tax and therefore there are no results”, Vuciq told reporters in Minsk.
Responding to the journalists' interest if the director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, was there secretly, Vucic said it was not a secret, but” was the agreement not to be spoken publicly”.
I think the French and Germans have well understood who doesn't want dialogue and who's holding back, praised Vuciq and added that he is now even more certain that there will be no meetings in Paris.
While answering other journalists' questions in Minsk, Serbian President Vuciq has said “I don't know how to deal with Pristina, for others I don't care”.
Kosovo at this meeting is represented by former technical dialogue chief Avni Arifi, currently Kosovo's ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
The negotiating team were not informed about this meetingAnd neither the coalition parties until it was reported with resources that it discussed association with executive competence.
And the political connoisseur, Artan Murati in a statement for Periscope said Haradinaj once had no interest in dialogue, has now regretted and is trying to put his hands on it.
