Speak to Kosovars who worked in Switzerland who did not receive pensions

With 115 votes for, 60 against and two abstentions, Switzerland's National Chamber of Parliament today has approved the Swiss-Kosovo Social Agreement, a vote that didn't pass much calm, with the argument that Kosovo continues to remain a French state, led by the clan and there is corruption. For 200,000 Kosovars in Switzerland and tens of thousands returned to Kosovo today is a day of joy. The National Council has decided to pay the pensions of the AHV and IV in the Balkan state after nearly ten years of interruption. For this, the Kosovo diaspora and trade unions had been fighting for years, writes the newspaper Bleck.
For Kosovars, interruption even had serious financial consequences. Anyone retired since 2010 had to decide: Either he stays in Switzerland and gets his pension, or he comes home and doesn't get money, even though he has paid social security contributions and therefore has the right to retirement.
Gezide Gavazaj has told the Swiss newspaper that it is not fair not to pay her husband's pension as long as she has contributed to Switzerland. The 83-year-old even says she's sick and she can't help because she's in a very old age.
You know, we're kind of excited. Don't give me any trouble.
While 67-year-old Aliu Aliu, who has been working for 35 years in Switzerland, says all his friends who have worked in other states receive a pension, while the one who now lives in Kosovo does not receive any contribution from the Swiss state.
My friends who have worked in Germany, Italy or anywhere around the world are taking a pension here in Kosovo, or me working 35 years in Switzerland I don't get a pension”, he says.
Another Kosovo who also worked for years in Switzerland, says that because of interstate disputes, he retires, while he says he is innocent.
During the time I worked I've never been diving once, but now we've been diving in the last time our retirement is not being maintained on time and properly. We've got these interstate disputes left. I am innocent”, says 69-year-old Ramush Azem.
The fate of thousands of Kosovars who returned home and retired for as many years as they worked in Switzerland and had 71-year-old Shaban Qorri.
Otherwise, the agreement made today in Switzerland could take effect next year, perhaps until January 1, 2020.
