The National Audition Office (ZKA) in the auditing report for the ministry of innovation for 2018 has found that such a thing has taken place as a result of the evaluation commission's negligence. The Commission, according to the ZKA, had made the assessment contrary to the guide's demands for applicant.
The report notes that in 3 cases NGOs had not met the call criteria, as their work programme was not focused on the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
“also, the projects they applied for were not in line with the targets and activities set aside for funding set in the call. The activities and projects related to health education and the establishment of a professional level in the field of health, humanitarian services insurance, training related to sustainable agriculture development, and advice to farmers”, the report said.
