As for Kosovo, more or less it is known what will be the message from this meeting. The negotiating points for ministers, which will be approved at that meeting, have already been compiled.
More or less, criticism of Kosovo in terms of corruption and organised crime, politicisation of public services will be welcomed, the adoption of certain laws and the removal of taxes on Serbia will once again be required in order to create conditions for progress in normalising reports.
