The EU Council expresses concern over lack of progress in Kosovo- Serbia

The only dilemma is whether membership negotiations with Albania and Macedonia will be decided at this meeting or not. This will not be known until the last moment, although the odds are ever smaller, especially for Albania, about which some states still have reservations, Koha Ditore writes today.

As for Kosovo, more or less it is known what will be the message from this meeting. The negotiating points for ministers, which will be approved at that meeting, have already been compiled.

More or less, criticism of Kosovo in terms of corruption and organised crime, politicisation of public services will be welcomed, the adoption of certain laws and the removal of taxes on Serbia will once again be required in order to create conditions for progress in normalising reports.
