But, he today declared before the media that this invitation was not dedicated to Thaci as president of the Republic of Kosovo.
Dodik said Hashim Thaci could participate as Pristina's representative in this Sami -- that is, with placards -- just as states which have not recognised Kosovo as independent.
“If it comes both Pristina and sub-contact, let it come. If this is not a problem for him, why should it be for us”, Dodik said before reporters.
But he indicated that all other guests were called as heads of state, the Periscope broadcast.
“I have made my position on Thaci very clear, and he will understand that Kosovo is an integrated part of Serbia. If I agree to come in with the login, then let me do it”, Dodik said.
Dodik's cabinet earlier explained that Kosovo's participation in SEECP was resolved in 2014 with the consent of all participants who do not recognise Kosovo: Serbia, Greece, Romania, Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to this solution, Kosovo has given up its presentation as an independent state and agreed to enter the SEECP with an injection.
The same is accepted by all other SEECP participants who do not recognise Kosovo as a state. /Periscopi
