Kostett has written that the University of Pristina needs administrative leadership and the budget for qualified staff if it wants progress. Given the existing employment rules that would increase the quality of teaching and research at the largest public university in Kosovo, Costnet has finished.
University of Pristina needs administrative leadership & ending for permanent, qualitified if it is to progress.
