In the Express Interview on KTV, Hyseni indicated that on the first day of this 54-year test, the test was banned because of violations. He has said that none of the violators will be forgiven, while adding that he considers this year's organisation the best ever.

Speaking of large groups on Viber and Facebook, where tests are being circulated, Hyseni has said they are monitoring them all, as he has invited the Prosecutor and other bodies to take immediate measures against abusers.

It's a shame that groups on Facebook Viber have opened up. We're there watching them too. There are fewer now, but we invite the organs to take steps against the abusers. The state must have a cybercrime unit. The police have to make things easier. Not so we can call a case and lose two or three hours with a statement. When the police are called, they should start the steps immediately. The leaders' faces are known, and after them are names and names, but they are now making signs. The group in Viber is created in the most sophisticated way because the numbers are not noticed. There are two groups, one 3000, 1 1500, I'm a member and I see them all. If you notice that someone has issued the card in response we will be active”, he said.

According to him, the prosecution has to prioritize the Matura Test because it's in the interest of the state.

We make preparations to have students in equal standing and to separate the good from the bad. One of our objectives is to have responsible students and turns out to be very irresponsible. Most of the members in groups are those who try to help. It should allow these organized states. Fifty-four students were taken away yesterday and identified on social networks. Their parents have arrived today kindly, but in these cases we will not be able to let go, even though we will consider all the complaints. Likewise, parents are told not to allow phones to children”, he said, adding that in any way a student calls, he should be punished.

Hyseni has said all managers should increase the level of responsibility. A teacher may say that he has not seen, but that should not be allowed.

Speaking of the test-pressed centre, Hyseni has said he is even more monitored than at polling stations.

Warnings to prevent internet waves, according to Hysen, have not been put to the first test due to several procedures, but have added that in the second half, they will be established.

For violators, according to Hyseni, cases of criminal offenses should be opened and the license for administrators removed.

“Today all documentations for violators will be collected for two days and the secretary-general must make decisions. We're preparing evidence, normally the Inspectorate is involved. I make sure that no human will be forgiven by damaging this process in which we work the whole year”, he added.

According to Hyseni, digital maturity has been piloted several times and in most municipalities has been fruitful, but has added that experts have followed technical remarks.
