The amount seized of 1.6 tonnes, with more than 10 million drug pills known as Captagon, has been hidden in containers coming from Latakia, Syria, and after a stop at the port of Piraeus had a destination for China.
It is the so - called jihadists ' pills, containing the captagon substance, a derivative of amputamin.
They have been used in recent years by jihadist militants as these openings turned into unscrupulous killing machines.
Their use causes increased sense of muscle power, sexual desire, excitement of euphoria and aggression, and lack of sleep and food. The pills were found in 20 wooden bars hidden in three containers while two other containers opened with another 40 parties.
As assessed by Greek organs, the pills would again end up in the militant Islamic State. In the last five years in Greece, huge quantities have been discovered several times with jihadic pills, while two years ago it was found in the vicinity of Piraeus and the workshop that produced them. /Top Channel
