Ukshini: Kosovo has met conditions for visa liberalisation

As for visa liberalisation, Ukshini said the report finds Kosovo has met the conditions for visa liberalisation.

Furthermore, Ukshi also spoke of the difficult road to the agreement between Pristina and Belgrade.
