He has said that Hoti was re-run in the worst period during the 1990s that went and experienced major persecutions in Serbia's prisons and recently in Kosovo.

It has been twenty years, and the life-to-be fate of Professor Walker Hoti, one of Kosovo's most native intellectuals is still not clear.
Ukhshin Hoti was an unconformative man, listed by the voice and ideal of his people.
In 1981, as rarely anyone from the intellectual elite, he scientifically reasoned and defended his request for the Republic of Kosovo.
Ukshin Hoti was sentenced to prison by Yugoslav trials.
He was concerned about intellectual courage, an authentic temper and ready to react at any time to Kosovo's right and freedom.
He was one of the few intellectuals who in a programmatically requested Kosovo joining Albania.
He was re-run in the worst period during the 1990s that went and experienced major prison persecutions of Serbia and recently in Kosovo.
Unfortunately, it is still not known what happened with Professor Ukshin Hoti after his release from Dubrava prison on May 16, 1999. HTH
