On suspicion of having ties to Ivanovic's murder, Nedelko Spasojevic and Marko Rossic are currently in Gjilan prison, while Dragisa Markovic has been released on the obligation to appear at the police station. The fourth suspect, Serbian List deputy leader Milan Radociq, is on the run and under the protection of the chairman of the government of Serbia. Spasojevich and Rossic were long ago continued detention.
