Indesksonline has secured the indictment filed by the Constitutional Prosecution in Ferizaj on March 21, 2018, against Mediating Hashim and Kadri Rexhepi, who, along with Ekrem Lika, in 2011-2012 deceived Faton Dallaku, from whom they received 290.810 Euros, posing as close men of Kadri Veselin and Xavit Halit.

The whole scheme of this fraud is made to the point of deliberately mediating for the purchase of the Kosovo Cardiac Centre in Pristina between Ekrem Luka as a salesman and Faton Dallaku as a buyer, presenting contracts and false shares.

Besides cheating with two well-known Kosovo political names, Kadri Veselin and Xhavit Haliti, mentioned and involved in connoisseur meetings, according to Aktakuza, some names are also emerging from Kosovo politics.

At meetings of this group, according to Aktakuza, is the involvement of Rasim Selmanaj, AAK MP, and Islam Selimi.

Based on material evidence verified by the Criminal Technical Directorate, as well as the testimony of several witnesses, this case has been deemed to be criminal acts of fraud for material gain, abusing the name of Kadri Veseli and Xavit Halit.

“In the time period of December 30, 2011 to July 24, 2012, in Pristina, at the office of the injured Faton Dallaku, the defendants, along with the other defendant Ekrem Lika, who is on the run, by the false presentation of facts and with the intent of illegally benefiting property for himself or the other, as well as to inflict damage on the other person, who is put in the mouths of Faton Dallaku, in a manner that through the defendant Rexhepi presented himself as being damaged, as well as the candidate of Hashim Cavitri, and Jakret ekret ekret ekret ekulli, Kadrezakt, Kstaktek, Kstaktektek, Kstak, Kdrejtek.

Nowhere in Aktakuza is there any evidence or evidence that confirms the alleged links of the accused to Chief Parliamentary Kadri Wessel, whose name turns out to be misused in this case.

That Faton Dallaku was deceived by defendants is also proven by testimony from witness Dzafer Maliqi, who in the investigator has claimed to have told Faton Dallaku that Beating Hashim can't be a party to contracts without presenting the certificate of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI).

He even expressed doubt that it was a fraud and had advised Faton Dallaku to present the case to the police.

“Se Kadri Rexhepi, before Faton Dallakut, had introduced indictees Hashimi and Ekrem Lika as highly influential persons, confirmed even with testimony from witness Muharrem Hajdaraj”, said in Aktakuza, where further states that this witness has declared in the investigator that Kadri Rexhepi had presented Ekrem Lika as the son-in-in-law of Kader Ves Veseli.

In Aktakuza it is also known that for this case of fraud, Rasim Selmanaj and Ekrem Luka have also witnessed.

The fraud also confirms the testimony of witness Bajram Plakiqi, given in the investigator in 20,11.2017, who confesss a meeting at Ferizaj in July 2012, between Kadri Rexhepi, Islam Selimi, Faton Dallakus and Gazmend Celaj.
