He had killed the victim A.H. %s on %s T-B” following a disagreement they had previously had with him about his younger sister.
The court has announced that convicts will be counted as the time spent in detention on November 1st 2017.
The suspect has also been obliged to pay procedural expenses in the amount of 1521.68 euros, the expenses of the judiciary in the amount of three hundred euros, as well as the amount of fifty euros, in the name of compensation for crime victims in the 15-day term after the integrity of this act.
The accused's detention measures are continued until the integrity of the indictment. The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
