MP Dardan Moliqaj has stated that the launch procedures spoke of his arrest and his arrest today were forwarded with legal violations.
In an interview in Info Magazine, Moliq mentioned two problems.
The first “was that it was procedural because it goes to the arrest if the party refuses to appear in the prosecutor. The Kosovo prosecution must come up with an apology to me because it is telling a lie. The prosecution should send a written invitation. An invitation is counted by whether the person has signed the accession or the close members they sign when they accept the invitation. I assure you that none of my relatives, the less I, have accepted an invitation. Let him make public who has accepted the invitation in this case”.
Then there's an absurdity of arrest. Courts and prosecutors at the weekend don't work, except for emergency cases and custody. All cases are handled with rapid procedure. According to the letter, the decision to arrest me was taken yesterday, Sunday, on 12” respectively.
Molyqaj indicated that he had stayed for several hours due to technical problems, and that he has refused to be declared, as he said in the case because of the violations that were committed, and that he was released.
Yet, all of this is not common to him.
The request from the prosecutor has gone 10 April. One month no decision has been made and it's Sunday when no normal decisions are made.
“What was the idea of such a show?”
The case for which Moliq was arrested today was linked to a protest that was organised against the arrest of Albin Kurti in 2015.
And his actions four years ago, he said that he did not regret it.
I'm absolutely not sorry. All the protests I've attended I believe were right”
The same thing as four years today, with legal offenses, both arrests --”.
