Haradinaj says he does not talk to President Thaci

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has spoken with the country's president, Hashim Thaci. Haradinaj has said whether he is currently unable to communicate with Thaci. The chief of executive has stated to T7 that his non-communication with the President has nothing personal to do with.
