Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, also said his country is in an extremely difficult period, as it will be required to recognise Kosovo's full independence without partition, in a full and comprehensive territory.
Vuciq said he expects in Berlin to call for changing the format of talks on Kosovo and for talks to continue without tax removal.
“I will not agree with the dialogue without the removal of the” tax, Vuciq said.
He said he will talk to the president of China and Russia in Beijing, and then will go to Berlin, where he is expected to have very difficult meetings with leaders of France and Germany.
Otherwise, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has warned that the removal of the tax will occur only after the recognition of Kosovo by official Belgrade.
