Mr. Trump had once posted a photograph showing Mr. Rosenstein in prison for treason.

Rosenstein who was originally appointed by Republican President George W. Bushke é was expected to resign in March shortly after William Barr's appointment as attorney general, writes the BBC, translates Periscope.
But the second man of the justice department stood to help Mr. Barr do a revision of Robert Mueller's text of the investigation.
The report cleared Trump's campaign of conspiring with Russia for the 2016 elections, but did not absolve the president of obstructing justice.
In his letter Rosenstein boasts some of the achievements of the Justice Department.
