Rescheduled by Cardiologist Gani Bayraktari, under bribery allegations

Kosovo's University Hospital Hospital Service today has made a decision to dismiss cardiologist Gani Bajraktari, earlier suspected of misuse of official position or authority and taking bribes. The journalist in question is involved in the court case -- Stenta 2ʹ, while over the years, he had been suspended several times to return [...]

QKUK Information Office confirmed on Periscope that Principal Basri Sejdiu today has decided to temporarily dismiss cardiologist Gani Bajraktari from office.

) KSKUK confirms that the cardiologist in question has temporarily left work, the subject has been sent to the disciplinary commission, which will handle the case, reportedly in response to Periscope.

Bajraktari was suspended from work 10 months ago following a family member's indictment for reference to a private hospital. The measure had lasted for three months. Family S.S. had accused the doctor of sending his father to Cardiology, which had been placed under the care of Bayraktari, early in 2018.

After several days of hospital stay, Bajraktari had written to the patient in history that “was dedicated to choreography”, but according to the family's charge, the doctor had never enabled them to do so at QKUK. He had even suggested that they go to a private hospital where he would allow them a free offer.

S.S. writes away that several times the doctor asked him to make this proposal to conduct choreography at QKUK, but he had proposed that he be performed in a private hospital where he would allow you a package of offers.

After a few prayers on our part, Dr. Bajraktari said: I have more to do, but you see how it's going here, come to the private hospital and I'll make you a package of offers for choreography.

After three months, with the decision of the Labour Inspectorate, the University Clinical Hospital Service in Kosovo had been forced to return it to its post in the nine-day term. But, KSFUK has rejected that decision by complaining to the Executive Troop of the Labour Inspectorate.

And even after the second degree of the labour inspectorate had confirmed the first degree decision, Cardiologist Gani Bajraktari, in his Facebook profile, had made a public request to Health Minister Uran Ismaili.

Bajraktari had initially clarified that his suspension was an insensible and a completely based decision, as he said, in gossip.

“Sic can see from this decision of the Labour Inspectorate, my suspension from work occurred on the basis of rumors, which are most likely manufactured by the actors themselves of this masquerade with elements of a rampant and shameful revenge, with arbitrary, non-professional and non-professional decisions from the SHSKU management, which have caused irreparable damage in the sector you lead”, Bajraktari wrote.

He had stressed that the reckless decisions of the Kosovo Hospital Service and University Clinic had damaged the state budget.

Such a provision had been made toward Bajraktari in 2016. With the QKUK director's decision, the director of Cardiology at QKUK, Gani Bajraktari and regional director of the Mitrovica Hospital, Gani Strana, both suspected of case “stenta”.

The indictment is said to have held that Bajraktari in collaboration with some other doctors has misused position and authority.

The “contains well-founded doubt that from January 01st, 2011 to December 31, 2015, acting in co-ordination as officials in the position of doctors in SKKUK Pristina have misused their official position and authority by overstepping their competence as members of the Consiliar Commissions of the Cardiology Clinic, deliberately and knowingly have issued reference letters to patients for treatment outside public health institutions,<1> reportedly./ P ERISCOPI/
