The images have come up showing Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al Baghdad talking about the attacks on Sri Lanka.
The leader, whose death of serious injuries had been reported dozens of times in recent years, appeared alive and healthy, writes Periscope.
He sees him sitting on the floor next to a Kalashikov and gives an 18-minute speech, which he's checking Sky News.
If this is al-Baghdad then this would be his first public appearance in five years.
He has said he will seek revenge for those killed or imprisoned in the fight against his group.
