In races held a few days ago, in the “category High school” at the level of the land (Burgerland), Albanian-rooted student Jehona Berbat has placed first. Second grader from Oberullendorf Trade High School writes meninbezirk.at. She entered the race with a classic speech about freedom, broadcast albinfo.ch.
Why has Jehoash chosen this very subject?
I have talked a lot with my parents, who have come from Kosovo to Austria as young. Such conversations make it clear that freedom, as we know it, is not self - evident. My parents have therefore fought and worked to give me here the freedom I enjoy!
At first she says she was very excited by the fact that the race takes place in front of a large audience in number and three jury members. But after the first three sentences, everything was easier.
Jehona Bey for this race is prepared along with her German professor Judith Friedl and her sister. She had already participated in the race, so she was able to give Jehoash valuable advice.
