Wessel emphasises that Lugar has been a sincere and devoted friend of Kosovo.
For the sake of his departure, Kosovo is sad, which in Senator Lugar has found for decades a sincere and devoted friend who has been found in trouble and need”, writes the head of the Parliament.
According to Wessel, his powerful support and voice was a bright beam of light for our people in the darkest of times.
He will always remain in our memory as a noble man who has tried to make this world better and remains forever indebted to the help he has given us, wrote Wessel on Facebook.
