Women returning from war in Syria will come out to face justice. And since the case is sensitive and the first of its kind in Kosovo, the state has provided them legal protection.
There are thirty-two women's lawyers who will protect the women who returned from war in Syria.
According to the Laws in power, the Oda of Kosovo Lawyers has appointed protection on official duty at the request of police.
And most of these lawyers are young, according to field views.
Television has contacted some of the lawyers, they say, even earlier had ready cases of this calibre.
But for some this is the first time they've been facing these cases.
All this is seen as disturbing at the Kosovo Institute for Justice, they say protecting these women should be effective.
This institute says that they had reacted to the decision that the Ministry of Justice had sent to the government, which had since been cancelled, that it was hindered from imposing a law that would enable the appointment of experienced lawyers for serious cases.
In Oda, lawyers say the job is being done professionally by lawyers, as long as they show their selection was not easy.
On the other hand, according to the Law of the Oda Lawyers, a three-year experience is needed to protect these parties.
Meanwhile, according to an administrative directive for public spending, the lawyer cannot charge more than five hundred euros a month, including engagement in all Kosovo courts.
