Two prosecutors deal with Djuric arrest action

It ended in the prosecution's body a report drafted for police action the previous year, which had ended with the arrest of Office for Kosovo director in Serbia's Government Marko Djuric. The founding prosecutor in Mitrovica is working on this case. On March 26th, Djuric had ignored [...]
On March 26th last year, Djuric had ignored the authorities' decision, with which the request to visit Kosovo was denied. But he had carried out the entrance illegally, using alternative routes. And, with Serb representatives, he had participated in a previously warned activity, writes Koha Ditore today.
After the location had been identified, the elite police units had gone to the country's predominantly Serb-inhabited north and entered within the structure where the organisation was located and Serb ministers of the Government of Kosovo and other participants were present. Some citizens were injured in action, having tried to prevent police from apprehending Djuric. Nenad Ricalo, then minister of agriculture, was also injured in the action.
Despite this, police had managed to catch Djuric and one of the actions criticised by blue uniforms was the public exposure of the Serbian official when he was brought to Pristina in handcuffs.
Police Inspector (IPK) has confirmed to the paper that they have conducted investigations about this police action and that the informational report has been forwarded to the competent Prosecution.
