The ministry reports they are in co-ordination with New Zealand authorities and will soon receive an official confirmation from them. So far, however, there is no information about Albanians involved in Friday's massacre.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs concludes the report, confirming the information we receive from our diplomatic mission in Australia, which also covers New Zealand. So far we don't have any information that signals that any citizen of the Republic of Kosovo will figure out between the victims or the injured. Our diplomatic mission is in co-ordination with New Zealand authorities, and we soon await the final official confirmation of them, said the MPJ's response to Periscope.

The ministry also expresses condolences for the loss of 49 lives by the terrorist attack on New Zealand.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses deep grief over the loss of lives in this monstrous attack, and we pray that the families of crops will overcome this tragedy. As always, the Republic of Kosovo stands near New Zealand even in these difficult times. )

What happened in New Zealand?

New Zealand Prime Minister Yacinda Ardern has said 49 people have died and another 20 have been seriously injured as a result of two terrorist attacks on two mosques in the city, Christchric.

It has described this event as a terrorist attack and one of the worst “days” for this country.

Police have confirmed that a man is charged with murder and will appear before the tribunal on Saturday morning.

Authorities have detained two other men and a woman, near the area where firearms were confiscated, police commissioner Mike Bush has said.

One of them is said to have not been involved in the incident, while the other two investigations are still continuing.

Part of the attack was broadcast directly into social networks, in the profile of one of the attackers. In a video there is a sound of a Serbian song that honours the Bosnian cassap, war crimes convict Radovan Karadzic.

Police in New Zealand have called on the public not to distribute these extremely disturbing “images:

The social network, Facebook, has said it has blocked the accounts of the suspected Facebook and Instagram assailant and that it is working to remove all images stemming from that post.

The prime minister of Australia, Scott Morrison, has said that one of the detainees is an Australian citizen.

He has described the attack suspect as the violent ultra-right <x0-terrorist”.

The Australian suspect is believed to have published a manifesto, in which he has revealed his intentions based on anti-igrating and extreme right ideology.

Witnesses told local media that they ran when they saw people bleeding outside the mosque, Al Noor.

A man said to have been in Al Noor Mosque and described the attacker as a white man wearing a bulletproof vest.

He has said that this person has launched an attack in the mosque until the faithful have been praying.

He's had a big gun, he's come, he's launched an attack on everyone in the mosque, all over the”, Ahmad Al-Mahmod said. He said that, along with many others, he escaped through a broken glass.

A second mosque in Leinwood neighbourhood has been evacuated until Commissioner Bush said dozens of victims have been reported in both countries.

Authorities have cautioned about closing all mosques until the next announcement, saying Friday's event has been unprecedented.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has demanded that in respect for all those killed, the flags be placed in half-study.

After news of terrorist attacks, world leaders have expressed their condolences to the victims' families and all of New Zealand.

British Prime Minister Theresa May has said that “is along with all affected by this” attack.

Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan has called on Western countries to take measures to reduce racism against Islam and Muslims, since, according to him, attacks like this one in New Zealand could then be “post-warming”.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has blamed what he described as a growing Islamofobi for the incident in New Zealand.

Through a post in Titter, he said that <x0-terrorism has no religion”.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has said that the Republic of Kosovo strongly condemns the terrorist act” in New Zealand.

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has also expressed condolences to New Zealand family and institutions.

"Terrorism, regardless of who comes, is the greatest evil we have to face together." Kosovo will continue to make its contribution alongside strategic allies for global security”, he has indicated. /PERISCOP/
