These were declared today in Kosovo, the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the European Parliament, David McAllister, and EU representative in Kosovo Natalia Apostlova.

Diplomat McAllister said the European Union and Federica Moghrini are impartial, and their goal is to return to the negotiating table of Kosovo and Serbia.

He stressed that they want the dialogue to continue.

While questioned on the topic of borders, McAllister said the European Parliament considers any agreement to be acceptable if the two sides agree, and whether the same is according to international law.

He said the time has come to continue dialogue and that they strongly support it.

The chief of the European Union office in Kosovo, Natalia Apostolova, said they understand the message Kosovo has wanted to deliver through tax implementation, well now is the time to make the right decision in order to continue dialogue.

Before journalists in Pristina, Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman David McAllister also reiterated the stance on the visa liberalisation issue, saying Kosovo has fulfilled the criteria.

He said some states are still reluctant to approve the free movement for Kosovars, meanwhile, stressed they will work on positive decisions.
