The EU before 29 March will accept Brex's postponement by 22 May, provided the EU exit agreement is approved by the British Parliament next week, Reuters broadcast.
A petition calling on Prime Minister Theresa May to stop BRUX has managed to get more than 1 million signatures, RRT reports.
The petition that continues on the British Parliament website has reached the largest number of signatures compared to all petitions on this site.
That petition comes at a time when the prime minister is in Brussels to ask the EU to delay the deadline for Britain's exit from the bloc.
