US, Britain Seek War on Corruption, Second Tax Plan

Although at the end of February and in the first part of March international pressure on tax removal had reached its peak, no calls from the international community for the suspension of the fee have been heard during the next week. On the contrary, ambassadors of the QUINT countries have held constant meetings and conferences, but in addition to requests for fighting corruption and nepotism have not repeated at all a 100 per cent-departance requirement of Serbian products, writes the newspaper “Zri“today.
Officials of political issues estimate that such a fainting of international pressure comes from the failure of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to withdraw from the tax decision, as well as from domestic developments in Serbia. According to them, Serbia is currently facing massive protests against President Aleksandar Vuciq, and in that form the Serb side currently has no readiness to continue the dialogue, with what they consider impossible a final agreement between the two states this year.
But despite that, European Union spokeswoman Maja Kocijanciq, in an answer to the newspaper “Voice” has demanded once again that the 100 per cent rate imposed on products coming from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina be suspended as soon as possible
