The AAK MP's son is also employed in PTK: If I was a mother, I'd never said Telekom.

Recent years have been frequent media reports on the employment of family members of Alliance for the Future of Kosovo officials in Telekom. Periscope finds out since January the wave of these employments has been added to the son of MP Teuta Haxhiu, Ilirian Haxhiu... Periscope finds out that the MP's son [...]

Periscopi learns that MP Haxhiu's son has joined the staff of Telekom workers in January this year.

This was at the very time that family employees of this party in this public enterprise began to be employed.

Ilirian has not even hesitated to publicize his commitment to this company.

With his job at Telekom, he made a publication on the social network “Facebook” when it showed his commitment to this company.

Although he did not reveal what position he is working on there.

On this issue, Periscopi has contacted MP Teuta Haxhiu, who has denied that her position has affected her son's employment.

She even says that if asked as a mother, she would never want to see her children work in that company that now more than ever needs recovery.

If I was asked first as a mother, the church said in Telekom never. This company needs to recover. But Ilirian is one of four children who are of age. Not only haven't I influenced, but I'm saying that I probably didn't want to see an employee there.”

She has also talked about the criticism that recently erupted against her party officials, the employment of family members in Telekom.

I find criticism reasonable because the company really needs recovery, as it once was a company that has filled Kosovo's budget. She's not in good shape anymore. Ilirian is serving 25 years. It wasn't my wish that he could start working at this company”, Hadziu repeated again.

A few moments ago in the media it became known that recently in Telekom the father-in-law of the minister's son, who comes from the AAK, Paul Lekaj, Doruntina Gashi, has also settled down.

It too was employed in Telekom during the period 2018-2019.

That job began after about two months of training at Telekom.

Meanwhile, during yesterday, two other employees of AAKA officials in Telekom were also reported.

On August 1, 2018, MP Donika Kaday Buyupi's husband has also started working.

After 20 years of unemployment, the lawyer committed himself to Telekom as a sales agent.

Even MP Kadaj Buyip denied that her position as MP has influenced her husband's employment, though she did not reason that his employment took place just when the AAK is part of the ruling coalition and is managing this public enterprise.

In August last year, the contract in Telekom also received the 28-year-old son of MP Muharrem Nitaj.

He was hired on August 28th as a marketing official.

According to an official Telekom report, 234 people have been employed in the period February 2018-2019.

In total, Telekom has two thousand and 540 workers, as opposed to two thousand and 295 in 2016.. / P ERISCOPIA
