35 thousand drug users in Kosovo, nearly 200 arrested in the vicinity of schools

Using narcotics has become a phenomenon in Kosovo. Even the use of drugs by young people is very disturbing.

This has been observed in the ombudsman Institute. According to Hilmi Yasar, the average age of drug users has dropped dramatically.

This drug - dependent organization claims that the number of youths who consume narcotics is huge.

Safet Blakaj, out of “Labyrinth”, said young people have easy access to narcotics substances.

Amar Rama, chairman of the KNP, says that within school facilities, consumption has begun to decline because of physical security.

But they are concerned that students have easy access to drugs outside school objects.

While police have announced that 198 people have been arrested in the vicinity of schools and around them, 66 of them have been students.
