Thaci and Pacolli travel to US, others denied visas

Of the country's leaders, only Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli will be present in Washington, DC for Morning Prayers, the Metro newspaper broadcast.

Haradinaj is now facing US sanctions regarding the failure to meet the requirements the US State Department has asked for the suspension of the tax. He has rejected America's demands and come against them, saying he wants a guarantee of recognition from Serbia for Kosovo's independence.

In addition to Thaci and Pacolli, there will be two deputies -- Memli Krasniqi from the PDK and Arben Gashi from the LDK -- broadcast Metro newspaper.
That US requests to the Government of Kosovo and Haradinaj are very serious, and the fact is that US Ambassador to Kosovo Philip Costet has said that if Kosovo wants to have reports and good relations with the US, it must listen to those requirements he has submitted, if those conditions are not met it has made known that relations between the two countries will be frustrated.

4. The US support for Kosovo is not unconditional. Kosovo currently carries the burden of risking the failure of dialogue“.
5. “If the tariff is not urgently suspended, the US will suspend assistance in the field of security, so support for KSF“.
6. “The success and achievement of the agreement are not linked to Mrs. Federica Moghrini and the EU. Reaching the agreement is a strategic interest of the United States, so it is unacceptable for us to question this strategic goal on the part of the irresponsible actions of Kosovo leaders”.
7. If the agreement fails because of Kosovo, the burden of responsibility and the consequences will bear Kosovo itself, and individuals responsible for this failure“.
8. Kosovo's “with its irresponsible behavior is seriously risking friendship with US”.
