The changes of the cofficients were made one day before the Assembly passed the Law, where government directors, the Assembly's administration commission and chairman had promised the SBASK a rise of about 20 percent of the cofficients.
Union leaders are considering that the Law should not be decreed and thus converted to zero. This is because primary education teachers (1-5) are not satisfied with their cofficients and are considering that they have been discriminated against in comparison with middle school teachers (6-9). The difference in pay is 35 euros more for the latter.
Sponsor for finance in the SBASK, Ymer Ymer, has said it is best not to have the Law decreed at all so that no one remains disappointed.
