A Kosovo Initiative sympathiser has published a photo with the deputy prime minister and chairman of this party, Fatmir Limaj, and Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi.
They're in a closed space where smoking is banned.
Even behind Limaj is the sign.
Despite this, however, tobacco was smoked at the Limaj and Bytyqi gathering.
This is witnessed by consumed cigarettes placed at the table.
