VV and LDK are stuck in the effort to reach an agreement on co-governance, due to disagreements over the division of positions.
LDK leader Isa Mustafa, after the Kosovo Parliament's constitutionalisation, has declared that all agreements reached so far with the VV have fallen into the water, while there is still no new development in this direction.
