The underpass murder, sentenced to four years and eight months in prison, Nexhat Blackchior

The Pristina Foundation Court has declared the indictment against accused Nexhat Blackchiori for criminal work: Murder by Article 175 of KPRK, concerning Article 23 par.2 and Article 24 of KPRK, (L06/L-074).

The accused Blackchior has been convicted and sentenced to prison terms of four (four) years and eight months, which the sentence will be executed after the integrity of this act. In this sentence, the accused is accounted for in custody from 23.07,2019 to 09.12.2019.

“indictee N. B has been charged by the prosecution... since at 20.07.2019, about 17.50 Pristina, on “Emperor Justinian” on the subpasses below the “Bill Clinton” following the verbal dispute had now physically attacked the deceased G. R, having hit him many times with fists on his head and hit him with his leg on the chest, about what the late G.R. had now lost track and had fallen on his back and slipped to the breaker of the stairs suffering body injury, because of which he had come to the death of the deceased”, says the news report to the media.

Against this ruling the side is entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
