The initiative to create “Mini-Shengen”, economic affairs connoisseurs are seeing it as unfavourable for Kosovo.
Kosovo's non-participation grieved him.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama even said that this refusal to join in the initiative for the creation of “Mini-Sengen” of the Balkans would not be viewed by the next country.
But, otherwise, some of the Kosovo economists think, Klan Kosova reports.
Naim Gashi is considering that one of the points of which is the free movement of goods in the Western Balkan countries is not favourable for Kosovo.
He says Kosovo would lose much on this deal.
