The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has said today that the proposed name of this party for the president of Kosovo will become known “when the time comes”.
Mustafa, after meeting with LDK branch chiefs, has declared he expects the Vetevendosje Movement to approve the LDK's proposal for president.
When asked what the LDK's name is for president, Mustafa has given no concrete name. He said the name would be proposed in two years.
“Now as far as the president is concerned, we elect the president at the end of 2021, and when the time comes, the LDK's bodies will give their proposal. When we have the will, we trust as LDK to vote on Mr. Kurti for prime minister, then we expect our partner to give this confidence to our proposal”, Mustafa has said.
