Kosovar admits he was part of I SIS and gave the gun to his 3-year-old child

The accused of criminal acts “organising and participating in terrorist group” and “mishandling or abandoning the child”, Visar Qukovci, at the initial session held Tuesday at the Special Department of Foundation Court in Pristina, has pleaded guilty to the acts he is being charged with.

After reading the indictment by prosecutor Afrim Shefkiu, accused Qukovci said he is guilty of criminal acts that he is charged with.

Prosecutor Shefkiu has asked the court to take into account some extenuating and extenuating circumstances, on the case of placing the height of the sentence.

This proposal has been rejected by prosecutor Shefkiu, where he called on accused Qukovci to continue the detention measure until the integrity of the indictment.
