According to foreign media media, Shaw Dyson, 28, is charged with the murder of Lucy-Anne Rusthe, 30, in the early 23 June in Andover, Hampshire England.
Prosecutor Simon Jones told Winchester Crown Court that the pair had married in 2010, but Mrs. Ruston became the victim of a “family violence history”.
- Jones said: “The introduction of the defendant and Lucy is probably best described as toxic”.
“Lucy was killed by the defendant; she was the victim of a prolonged and very severe fight”.
It's supposed to be Dyson, who had hit Mrs. Ruxon in the evening before he died, was “angry at” by a call she received from a man she had been in a relationship with.
He said that a witness saw the defendant say Mrs. Ruxon in the first few hours: “Glltite the ring because we are no longer together”
He added that the witness said Mrs. Rosoni had put the ring in his mouth, but had not swallowed it because they had seen it on the steps of the house later.
