Hasan, in “Debat Plus”, has said that several other constitutions such as that of northern Macedonia allow other parties to exclude the first party to appear in the elections, form the government, but according to him in Kosovo that is not allowed under the Constitution.
He has said that even if there are signatures to form most of the other parties outside Vetevendosje “is prejudice that they will vote on the government and the other prime minister”, Telegrafi follows.
“Where do we know whether those deputies who sign will vote the next majority”.
Hasan has clarified that the party that has come first in the election -- in this case Vetevendosje -- has the right to propose a second candidate for prime minister if the first fails to get the simple majority of 61 votes in the Assembly.
The former head of the Constitutional Court who in the time of VLAN brought down Isa Mustaf from the post of Speaker of the Parliament, says that by 2014 everything is clear who built the government and no one has ever tried to do otherwise.
