Emotionally speaking Rama for Mini-Shengen: I betray brothers and sisters from Kosovo?

I want to talk about Regional Schengen, as one of our priorities, and I can't even hide that I've been hurt by many Kosovar friends, followers of this site, and I can't stay without you to begin with, that I, for no price, in any case and nothing in this world, betray my people, my people, my people.

And when I tell my people, I don't have the only people of Albania as well as Kosovo; when I say my country, I don't have Albania, but Kosovo; when I say my people, I don't mean only Albanians in Albania, but Albanians in Kosovo.

I betray you, brothers and sisters from Kosovo?

Well, how, when, for what reason, in the world other than the reason for the unwillingness of hearing, they do not want to read, they do not want to understand the simple truths of a public, transparent, political, and international process, started here and five years ago!

Others seem to have a skill that I don't have and they know how to play with public success, the role for me of the disgusting empanister, of the boiling patriot, of the Albanian flag burning and killing for their home, just once it's talked about the letter.

I know that the moment is always with them, when they are played with feelings and patriotic roots, and when the memorable wounds of the past are evilly touched to kindle blinding fire in the eyes of people affected by tragic past. Time is just and with truths that can be temporarily covered or distorted, but they can never be digested and undone.

Regional Schengen is not a new Yugoslavia, as those who cannot even make a two-party government in Kosovo that they love so much. Because (it seems that when it comes to uniting forces to govern Kosovo, the division of chairs matters more than Kosovo left at the crossroads, without strategy and without government). Yes, they are well united, indiscriminately, with no distinction of parties, and even about doing business in Tirana, to throw Kosovo against “the brother of Vuqiq” in Albania, destroying the blood and blinding the eyes of people in Kosovo, with pathetic nonsense and patriotic falsehoods.

The Regional Schengen is not even a Serbian plan to economically conquer the region, as some say that Kosovo has the scope for their political game, while Kosovo is taking its face and is learning respect in the eyes of priceless American and European friends, without whom the state of Kosovo could never have been born. What could be more painful than hearing those irreplaceable friends say that today politicians in Kosovo know what they want for themselves, but they don't know what they want for Kosovo!

Regional Schengen is not no, never give the Albanian God, nor any programme or agreement to manage the crimes of Milosevic's bloody regime. To forget Recak. To justify yesterday's aggressor, and stop the political battle with Serbia for accepting reality and recognising Kosovo sovereign state.

Who says these and many other humiliations of this order, which include the great humiliation I've been wanting to share with Kosovo, (or is completely unable to successfully advance the political battle with Serbia or it's completely excited about what it has gained from Kosovo and nothing else, no headache for the future of the people, that it has probably secured for seven generations. Or both most often. But those who trust those who fill the air between us, with this patriotic poison, are just mistaken.

Regional Schengen is a historic necessity today, when our battle is to expand the space of freedom of movement for people, goods, services and capitals.

In addition to those who want to see if they can read, they do not realize that Regional Schengen is the only way for Albania and Kosovo to break the border barrier between themselves and guarantee full freedom of movement between both states, for people, for goods, for capital services.

Regional Schengen brings nothing new in terms of political relations between Serbia and Kosovo, nor in terms of political relations between Albania and Serbia, in relation to Kosovo. Our attitude has neither moved nor moved. We are one and have the same attitude. Period.

I strongly believe that Regional Schengen, not only does it not harm Kosovo in the political battle with Serbia, but rather it helps.

Who among the gentlemen who fan this controversial fire is against Regional Schengen, because it envisions negative economic consequences for Albania and Kosovo, I just don't know what you're talking about.

While who is against Regional Schengen, because of the past it has to be asked how it helps Kosovo, self-defence from a start that has been at least five years, discussed and agreed along the Berlin process, where Kosovo has always been present and always agreed on the table?

We, Albania, have managed to convince Serbia, yes, I have managed to convince Serbia's president, not to condition the table with anything that shares us with Serbia for Kosovo, and that shares Kosovo with Serbia, nor to pretend that Albania and Kosovo, do not make the agreement of free movement of people and goods on the border, if Kosovo does not agree to do the same with Serbia. The day Serbia did not stand on this crucial point, there would be more table where Albania would participate in the process.

This means that Regional Schengen gives us, Albania and Kosovo the opportunity to do what we haven't done for years, because not only Serbia, but Washington and Brussels have never allowed us, even been thrown into our throats every time we mentioned it: (opening the border between us and creating a single economic zone.

Now an apology, but if we talk with arguments rather than emotions, I have not yet heard a rational argument against this privately supported regional project from both the United States and the European Union. Just as I have not yet found in the history of bloody post-conflicts, any case when the arrival of peace has come with the rhetoric of war and conduct as in war, years after the war has ended and the weapons of Kosovo have left the country of politics and diplomacy.

The European Union next year will set up 1.2 billion euros in support of regional co-operation. But without that, the growth of regional co-operation and the participation of both Albanian states in this new dimension of co-operation is a more promise to increase not only the economy of our countries, but also to improve the overall climate and create more favourable conditions for the dialogue itself between Kosovo and Serbia. Even I don't doubt it at all, that the more we get involved, together, Albania and Kosovo, in regional dimension, the more we empower the dimension of our reality internationally even in the eyes of Serbia and the more we help ourselves, on the path to the full and final recognition of Kosovo by all.

As I said at the outset, we don't have time to lose in any direction. The earthquake was a strong incentive for all of us to (produce more positive energy and expend less negative energy. The possibilities are all to be exploited, not lost, and no opportunity to expand the way of the future cannot be lost in the name of the past.

As we leave after 2019 and rightly love much more than what this difficult year gave us, but generally for our country, family, and children - whatever it was ten years ago!

You know, I know that most of you would be in my throat right now and tell me, yee, well, how much for the world that flies and for Albania that can barely walk, but it's not. It's not like that at all, and I'm ready to argue, day and night with you about it.

But this is the case to bother you with numbers and facts, but it's a chance to tell you that while a new year is coming with a new decade ahead of us, think of me as well as of how we Albanians for Albania, four or five times more than in the decade we're leaving behind. It's not just possible, but it's what we have to do.

The LORD sendeth forth light, an earthquake; he bringeth not presents upon this earth. It is our duty to make it better, safer, and more prosperous for our children.

It is our duty not to be afraid of challenging future attempts and not to fall into the aforementioned lines of the past.

It is our challenge not to give up on difficulties in achieving the results and not to deceive ourselves with results in the cafe in a flash.

It's ours and ours alone, of people across the teen border, so that we can (not lose patience in dealing with reality and not let ourselves be thrown into the meclisis of low communication, the reproach of slander, which threatens to infect both our children and chronically.

This country has everything that we do at the top of the climb we're going up hard to make Albania a normal, functional, social state. But we must have the will, determination, devotion, and, above all, awareness that it takes time, patience, work, and unity.

Joining the Union, not political conviction. Union of positive powers, not political forces. The Union to live in a place where no one should ever be alone.

I thank you from the heart, all of you who trusted me, supported, encouraged, and you also, who didn't believe me or you misjudged me, but you followed me in my work anyway.

At the end of the day, time departs, years flees, prime ministers come and go, we are all passersby on this land, what remains is Albania and our nation. Let's continue to do the best for Albania and the Albanian nation together, and the best is done for you and everyone your heart loves.
