The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the General Department, has filed charges against O.G., Turkey's national, for criminal acts, legalisation of false content and for counterfeiting documents, according to the KPRK.
The defendant O.G., on 02.01.2017, in Gjatove, has put into play the competent body, the Civil Recording Bureau of Documents, where in the public document it legalizes an false case, with the intent to flee from international warrants, makes the change of its identity, with non-real identity, in the F.R., with Kosovo citizenship, born in Gjakova, where it is thereby equipped with personal documents as a personal ID and passport of R.S.
The defendant also, on 30.01.2017, knowingly uses the forged public document, with the aim of leaving the international warrant, uses the same documents as original, until he is arrested in Pristina at 7,11,2019, where he is still in custody for the purpose of extradition.
The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova that the defendant be convicted according to the law of criminal acts that are placed on him.
