He called it “pedofil” the diver who saved 12 boys in Thailand, the trial of Elon Mousk begins

The owner of the Tesla company, Elon Musk, is facing a trial that has begun today in Los Angeles for insulting a British diver, whom he called a pedophile during a rescue operation for a boy from a cave in Thailand. Vernon Unsworth, who played a major role in saving 12 boys and [...]
Vernon Unsworth, who played a key role in saving their 12 boys and football coach from the cave in July 2018, said Musk on Twitter called him a pedophile.
Musk did not erase the post and provide no evidence for the prosecution, and a defamation trial was filed against him, the BBC reports.
Unsworth's lawyers described Musk's claims as evil and false “, and demanded punishment and compensation.
Mousk called Unsworth a pedophile after the diver criticised his decision to send a mini-intervest to the cave to save the children, whom Musk answered in words: “Sorry pedophile, did you really ask him?”
Only after Tesla's stock market fell by 4 per cent, Elon Musk apologised on Twitter, broadcasts Kosovas.
His “moves against me do not justify my moves towards him,” wrote Musk, adding that he wrote the comment after Unsworth made false statements against him.
The trial is scheduled to last five days and Musk is expected to testify in his defence. He has already apologized for his tweet.
Elon Musk's Twitter account has 29.8 million followers and is the largest advertising for his electric vehicle company in Palo Alto, California.
