On Thursday, when constitutional sessions are expected, there will be 11 weeks since LVV The LDK has started negotiations on reaching a co-governance agreement. But the two parties involved in the talks on forming the new government have yet to find a common language in terms of finalising the agreement, writes the newspaper “Zeri”.
The parties that in the past legislature were in opposition -- the LVV and LDK -- have been barricaded with opposing positions about the president's post. Although the session for the constitutionalisation of the 7th Parliament of Kosovo is being offered, these two subjects, which are negotiating for the future government's making for more than two months, have yet to agree on the final agreement.
The LDK is not going to stop seeking the president's position, while the Vetevendosje Movement is continuing to stay out of its stance, that this position should not become part of the current negotiations between the parties. Why are there only two more days left until the constitutional gathering, the LV leaders? The V-LDK haven't met since Friday last week to talk about overcoming differences
Despite this, neither of these two subjects has announced when the next attempt to break down the existing dam about the state chief's position will occur, though optimistic that the next meeting will take place before December 26th.
