He has said that the idea for the “Mini-Sengen” is his Balkan broadcasting clan Kosova.
In this long interview, Vuciq has said that at the last summit held in Ohrid between his Zoran Zaev of Northern Macedonia and Albania's Edi Rama have found compliance in most of the points.
“I was with the prime minister of Albania and North Macedonia at the Ohrid summit and agreed to almost every point, including for me to speak to the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, even on their behalf, as I did are past”, Vuciq has responded.
“We in the Balkans do not want to be deceived by major EU countries or play games against each other. My idea of “Myni-Shengen” in the Balkans means free movement of goods and people. This contributes. We're ending a situation in which our trucks are forced to wait at the border for 90 hours. The World Bank estimates this will lead to 3.5 billion euros in treatment in the region”.
Vuciq has been asked whether even Kosovo will be part of “Mini-Shengen”.
The Kosovoers don't want that. Albin Kurti, who seems to be their next leader, sounds like he wants to become the leader of Greater Albania. Kosovo sees itself as a state, but we don't see it that way. But we have to work together”.
