The valley, November 28th, calls for joining Kosovo!

Valley Albanians in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc are expected on the occasion of Flag Day on November 28th to organise a protest march.

The assembly of Albanians is argued with the withdrawal of attention and discrimination being done by official Belgrade.

The main requirement will certainly be the idea of joining the Republic of Kosovo.

The National Liberation Army Veterans Association considers that a large number of citizens will go on the march to be held in Presevo, writes Indexline

“Discrimination is increasing annually. Our basic demand is annexing the Presevo Valley in Kosovo. This is not the policy requirement of politicians, but the will of the people”, the chairman of this organisation, Nazmi Hajredini, said.

On the other hand, Bujanovac MP Nenad Mitrovich stressed to Serbian media that he is not surprised by the warned performance of Albanians, who use him every 28 November to start a political idea.

This is another series of political provocations aimed at causing instability in municipalities in southern Serbia. Each year fewer people attend these meetings. Thousands of Albanians were on the streets in 2004, and now that number is much smaller and the footnote has been reduced in cultural houses”, he said.

Otherwise, the protest has been warned to hold at 11:00.
